Anthony Panariello, M.D.

Anthony L. Panariello, MD was born and raised in Bayonne, New Jersey.  He went to St. Peter's Prep and St. Peter's College.  He received his medical degree from New York Medical College.  His residency in Ophthalmology was at UMD-NJ. After residency, he did a research fellowship at Columbia University ,NY.  He is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract/Refractive Surgery. Having been in practice in Jersey City for over 30 years, he has performed more than 10,000 cataract procedures.  He uses the most current techniques And is certified to implant the Alcon Restor and Toric lenses.

Before she went to New York Medical College, she did a research fellowship at Cornell University. Her internship and residency was at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City. She is board certified and is a member of the American Academy of Opthalmology, Contact Lens Society of America, and Research to prevent Blindness and Women in Ophthalmology. Ophthalmologist - Ganesh Rau Dr. Ganesh Rau, M.D. was raised in Northern New Jersey and went to New Jersey Medical School.  Dr Rau is a cornea trained ophthalmic surgeon.  He is board certified and attended New York Eye and Ear Infirmary for his residency training. Dr. Rau followed his residency with a cornea and external eye disease fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Ceaser Pitta was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He went to St. Francis College in Brooklyn and then the Medical College of Virgina. He came to New jersey to do his Ophthalmology Residency at UMDNJ in Newark.

His specialty training in retina was at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He was a Harvard Fellow in Boston, Mass.

He has been in practice for 30 years. He diagnoses Diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration and treats with laser and intravitreal injections. As a retinal surgeon, he has expertise in vitreal surgery for detachments ,diabetes, macular problems and vitreous hemorrhages.

The office is equipped with the latest equipment (OCT & fluorescein studies) and lasers.

Brian Brazzo, MD

Kurt T. Jackson, M.D.

Dr. Kurt T Jackson, M.D. was an army eye technician in Afghanistan. He went to Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he received his medical degree and completed his residency in Ophthalmology. He did a two year Vitreo-Retinal fellowship with South Texas Retina Consultants. Dr. Jackson also practices at the Retina Center of New Jersey.

Doctor Jackson has undergone specialized training to diagnose diseases of the vitreous and retina. This includes diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal tears, floaters, detachment and many other disorders.

The Jersey City and Bayonne offices are equipped with state of the art laser and fluorescein angiography. Many conditions may be treated with in-office laser and intravitreal injections.
